I've built and evolved design systems end to end: libraries, tokens, and how we document them, and I've stayed paired with engineering until those patterns were really living in the product—not just living in a file. I've built three entire design systems from scratch in Figma and I've helped two organizations migrate onto it. I wrote curriculum and documentation for designers, engineers, and product managers on how to work in the tool, hand off cleanly, archive work, and keep docs useful so people actually felt confident using it. In the systems and products I've touched, I've treated accessibility as part of the design spec: I've defined keyboard flows, contrast, and motion in components so teams weren't scrambling to retrofit accessibility only when something broke in QA. I've mentored three designers for multiple years through ongoing 1:1s: craft, how they tell the story of their work, and how they steer through messy product and stakeholder situations. At PwC I led the effort that upskilled 120+ designers in Figma: I built the curriculum and the roadmap that moved our whole design department from Sketch to Figma in nine months.
